If you buy and sell to the U.S. Government, we can help you efficiently manage the shipping of your products from the vendor to the ultimate destination anywhere in the world. Our Purchase Order Management System can electronically exchange information with your IT system so that you know the status and location of every purchase order no matter where it is in the process. Your buyers only need to issue the purchase order and we handle the rest. We manage pick up with the vendor, product quality & count inspection, transshipment and delivery to the destination. We immediately notify the buyer of any product discrepancies or delays in the process and quickly implement the necessary corrective actions decided by the buyer.
The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in Mali (MINUSMA) was established by the U.N. in April 2013 to support political processes in that country and to stabilize security for the population. This is our most recently awarded project. It primarily involves receipt of customer purchased goods to our warehouse and export to the following countries; Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad, Guinea, Niger, Senegal and Togo. Our in-country services include customs clearance, local delivery, container off loading and container unloading. Goods stored and moved out of our warehouse include Department of Commerce and Department of State licensed commodities.
The Department of State’s Africa Peacekeeping Program is tasked with restoring regional peace and stability within the African continent by undertaking the training of local armed forces and enhancing their ability to deploy by land, air and sea. To support this program, we built an extensive logistics network within Africa which allows us to deliver critically needed supplies, military equipment and even entire mobile hospitals to remote locations within Somalia, South Sudan, Mali and Mauritania, Uganda, Burundi and the Democratic Republic of the Congo.
A recent challenging move was an air charter 777 flight to transport 35 mobile kitchen units from China to Mali. On this move we were able to offer the customer significant saving over our competitors and we were able to work with the vendor to have the product packaging modified so that we could utilize the less expensive 777 cargo aircraft instead of a 747-400.
The Army Prepositioned Stock (APS) program ensures our fighting forces have the supplies they need, when they need them. The APS-5 program’s area of operation is Southwest Asia. In support of this program, Titan Services has delivered over 5 million kilograms of supplies and equipment to Army camps and bases throughout Afghanistan over the past 5 years.
The Warfighter Field Operations Customer Support (FOCUS) program consolidates operations and maintenance for the U.S. Army’s live, virtual and constructive training systems in the U.S. and around the world. We transport high tech & ITAR equipment for this program both within the U.S. and internationally to locations such Afghanistan, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, South Korean and in the past Iraq.
BELL OH-58 Kiowa Maintenance
In support of our customer’s maintenance contract for the Bell OH-58 helicopter, we have performed consolidated shipments of aircraft parts and materials to Iraq, Afghanistan and South Korea. We also perform expedited service for time critical shipments where the aircraft is out of operation because of mechanical failure (AOG).
P8 Poseidon Maintenance
The P-8A Poseidon is a long-range anti-submarine warfare, anti-surface warfare, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance aircraft. In support of our customer’s ongoing maintenance contract, Titan Services provides high security ground transportation of aircraft parts between Boeing held companies (suppliers) and Department of Navy facilities.
CH-46 Helicopter Refurbishment for Department of State
DynCorp refurbishes CH-46 helicopters donated by the Navy to the Department of State for use in Afghanistan. Titan Services has performed two separate air charter flights to move a total of 6 of these helicopters along with supporting parts and supplies to from Florida to Kabul Afghanistan. The aircraft utilized for these flights was the AN-124.
C-12 Maintenance in Iraq
During the U.S. occupation in Iraq, Titan Services supported the logistics requirements our customer’s C-12 aircraft maintenance contract in Iraq. This included moving aircraft parts back and forth from Iraq for refurbishment in the U.S. Most shipments were done via air service including expedited AOG shipments.
Foreign Military Sales
Titan Services has a contract to store Paveway missile parts for our customer in a secure warehouse. Titan endured an extensive security examination to win the contract to store these ITAR goods. As part our service, we manage their inventory and move the missile parts between their manufacturing site and our warehouse. We also kit and crate the parts and completed components for export to overseas consignees.
